Many of our items include the original box, dust bag, and other accompaniments provided at the time of purchase. For exotic leather pieces such as crocodile, alligator, and lizard, new or unworn items are typically accompanied by a CITES certificate. Additionally, most new or never-worn Hermès handbags—and some Chanel handbags—come with the original or a copy of the original receipt upon request. All receipts are carefully redacted to protect the original buyer's personal information.

Condition Classifications

New: The item is in pristine boutique condition and has never been used. It includes all original accessories.

Never Worn: The item has not been used but may be several years old and kept in storage. It often retains plastic protection on hardware but may show minor storage wear or lack a single accompaniment.

Pre-Owned Mint: The item is in near-perfect condition, having been used only a few times with minimal signs of wear on the leather or hardware. Plastic may be removed from some or all hardware, and most original accessories are typically included.

Pre-Owned Excellent: The item is gently used and remains in beautiful condition. Minor wear to leather and/or hardware may be present but does not detract from the overall appearance.

Pre-Owned Very Good: The item shows noticeable signs of use on the leather and/or hardware but remains fully functional and stylish.

Vintage Mint: Despite its age, the item is in near-pristine condition with minimal wear and slight signs of natural aging, such as a minor loss of structure or diminished puffiness in quilted leather.

Vintage Excellent: The item reflects its vintage nature with visible aging and some wear to leather and/or hardware.

Vintage Very Good: The item shows moderate wear and aging to the leather and/or hardware, characteristic of its vintage status.
