Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection of luxury watches, select the item you wish to purchase, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Follow the prompts to complete your checkout by providing your shipping and payment information.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@swisswatchz.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is in the processing stage, modifications may not be

Buying a Watch on Swiss

How do I buy a watch on Swiss?

Just click the green "Buy Now" button on a listing page to go through the checkout. After successfully paying we will keep the payment safe until you have received the watch in good order. Only then will we transfer the funds to the seller.

Can I see the watch in person?

Yes! There are two ways for you to see the watch in person.

In-store pickup
Simply select "in-store pickup" during the checkout and the watch will be ready for you at the location of your choice. This way you make sure that the watch won't be sold in the meantime, which is often the case with popular models.

Viewing the watch before paying
Use the "ask a question" button on the listing page to arrange an appointment to view the watch. Note that the watch might be sold before you can see it.

Do you ship to the country I am located in?

We assist our sellers in shipping globally and add additional destinations on a continuous basis. Once your country of destination is supported by us, you can rest assured that we are confident we can offer you a great experience in the purchase and receipt of your watch. This extends to extensively documented information on your watch to expediently move through customs, along with our best estimate prior to checkout for pay-on-arrival customs fees which may be due when your watch crosses a customs border.

Should your country not be available yet during checkout, this might be because we have not yet completed all regulatory, VAT, and customs related provisions which come with fully supporting your country or region.

Swiss Watchz currently supports shipping to Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada, the Gulf countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Nigeria and selected countries in other regions.

Are the images of the actual watch I'm buying?

Yes, we only allow photos of the actual watch to be used on the listing pages. Please note that the editorial, lifestyle images and video content will be of a similar watch and not the one listed for sale.

Are all watches on Swis Watchz in stock and available to buy?

All watches on Swiss Watchz Company are in stock. We don’t allow sellers to create listings of watches they don’t actually have.

How do I know the watch is authentic?

Swiss Watchz Company has a zero-tolerance policy on counterfeit watches. We take great care to select only respected sellers from the watch industry.

You should be aware that a product sent to the manufacturer for maintenance is still an original, authentic watch, even if components have been exchanged. Quite often it is impossible to trace all repairs (e.g. each exchanged component and its originality or the use of an identical component from another manufacturer, such as screws) in a watch when appraising the clockwork mechanism. Therefore, the replacement of elements does not impair the originality of the product.

What does "Box and papers" mean?

The "box" refers to the original box the watch was sold in.

The "papers" refer to the original manufacturer's warranty card or document. It will show the reference number of the watch model, the unique serial number and often the retail location where the watch was originally sold.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment options are available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information. Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates to ensure a safe shopping experience.

How do I increase the iDEAL transaction limit?

Swiss Watchz accepts all major creditcards, including Visa and Mastercard, issued in countries purchases can be shipped to, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada, the Gulf countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and selected countries in other regions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress through our courier’s website.

Is shipping free?

We offer free, fully insured express global shipping. And we assist our sellers with preparing any regulatory and customs related paperwork to ensure your watch can travel as expediently as possible no matter where it is headed.

Is my package insured during shipment?

Yes, any purchase you make on Swiss will be fully insured during shipment.

Is it possible to ship the watch to a pick-up point?

No. Due to the high value of the watches, it is not possible to ship it to a pick-up point or PO box.

Will there be customs and duty fees on my purchase?

If the watch you are purchasing crosses a customs border then we will provide you with an estimate of any customs and duty fees the purchase will incur when entering your country. Any such fees are determined by individual countries’ governments, not Montro nor our sellers.

Returns

How do I return a watch?

You can use the return link provided in the order confirmation email to start the return process. Once started, you will be contacted to arrange the return. You will be refunded when the watch has been received by the seller in the same condition it was shipped to you.

Return period:
After receiving the watch you have 14 days to inform us you would like to return it. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the return period will be extended until the next business day.

What to keep in mind
Please return the watch in the original packaging, together with all the accessories and documentation.

Swiss’s refund guarantee
If you make use of your right to return your watch within the return period, Montro guarantees you will be refunded.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, please contact us at info@swisswatchz.com.au to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require returning the original item before the new item is shipped.

Who pays return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged watch, the seller will cover the return costs.

Can I return a watch when I choose to pick it up in-store?

Yes, you’ll have 14 days from the date of pick-up to return the watch. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the return period will be extended until the next business day. You will have to bring it back to the same location you purchased it.

How long does it take for my refund to show in my bank account?

Refund times are dependent on the card issuer’s processing times. Typically you’ll receive the refund within 5-10 working days. Please contact us if your refund has taken longer than 15 working days to complete.

Warranty & Disputes

Do you offer warranties on your watches?


Yes, all our watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty and 12 Months Swiss Warranty. The warranty period and coverage details are provided with each watch. For warranty claims or repairs, please contact us at info@swisswatchz.com.au.

What does the seller warranty cover?

The seller warrants that the watch will be free of defects and works dependably for at least 1 year from the date of purchase. If your watch malfunctions within this period, the seller must repair the watch at no cost to you.

Excluded from the warranty are the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishandling or abusive treatment of the watch. Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorised third parties will also render your warranty void. For quartz watches, use only replacement cells that are prescribed by the manufacturer, as damage from unsuitable batteries is also not covered under warranty.
